How Do I Get Started?

  • We will gather some basic contact information
  • Next, we will have you scan your VIN so we know what vehicle you have
  • Once we identify your vehicle and where the damage is, it's picture time
  • Put your vehicle in the outline and snap the 4 corners, along with the 3 pictures of the damaged area
  • You will then be asked if you are filing an insurance claim and how you would like to receive your estimate
  • DONE! You'll receive confirmation once our team receives your photos and they will reach out to confirm your estimate

This tool allows our collision experts to collect information on the vehicle's damage and how you would like to receive the estimate without having to visit the auto body shop.

    Is Plaza Motors Collision a certified auto body shop?

    Plaza Motors Collision is I-CAR Gold certified and certified by Audi, BMW, INFINITI, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz and Tesla. When an auto repair technician is I-CAR certified, it means that technician has achieved and consistently maintained a certain level of training and excellence with collision repair. When they are certified by the manufacturer, that means that that body shop technician has also consistently maintained a certain level of training and excellence set by that brand. Plaza Motors Collision technicians and estimators are certified by the manufacturers to ensure that your auto repair meets the highest standards set by their brand.

    Why is it important for a body shop to be certified?

    Between the technological components that make vehicles more complex to the way that every manufacturer tries makes to sure that their vehicle has distinctive characteristics, an auto body shop that is certified makes sure that the repair is done keeping the specific model in mind. This includes genuine OEM auto parts, paint and components for that brand. It is also important to make sure many of the technological features found on these vehicles are repaired correctly to factory standards. While a body shop may be I-CAR Gold certified, that doesn't always mean they have technicians and estimators that are also certified by the manufacture, like those at Plaza Motors Collision.     How long does the estimate process take?

    Using our photo estimator is only about a 5-10 minute process. Once you complete the estimate, our team will contact you via phone call, email or text.

    How soon will I hear back about my estimate once I have completed the photo estimate?

    Once we have received your information, you will receive a confirmation and somebody will reach out to you should we have any questions.

    Can I use pictures I have already taken?

    Our photo estimator features and outline of your specific vehicle, along with instructions on how to take the photos of your damaged area. This will ensure that we have the best angle of your damage/vehicle for the most accurate estimate.

    Can I schedule an appointment?

    If you would like to schedule an in-person, you can click here. We will schedule and confirm your appointment. Depending on the make and the damage, most estimates can take around 30 minutes. Our team of estimators can give you an idea when you schedule your appointment, about the approximate time your estimate will take.

    What if I am filing an insurance claim? Can I use Plaza Motors Collision's Photo Estimator?

    Yes, Plaza Motors Collision works with all major insurance companies. 

    How long do repairs typically take on a luxury vehicle?

    There are many factors that go into repairing a vehicle. In most cases, even with major damage, repairs can take a week to two weeks. This time frame (on any time longer than two weeks) depends on a variety of factors, such as auto parts availability, the insurance company and the cause of the damage, should there be any type of investigation. Our team of certified estimators have years of experience and can give you a rough idea of repair time.
